Luma derives from the Latin word lumen — meaning light, self-awareness, and the illumination of the unconscious aspects of the self.
Our Therapists
Teodora Didić
This kind of interdisciplinary background allows a holistic psychosocial approach—one that considers not only the inner psychological world but also the broader social context shaping each individual.
Through a gradual exploration of personal narratives, we learn to distinguish our stories from the stories told about us. By integrating psychodramatic and systemic techniques, we sharpen this difference, recognizing the patterns and roles we unconsciously embody in daily life. In doing so, we cultivate responsibility and open the door to meaningful change.
While I incorporate various therapeutic techniques in my practice, I believe that the true healing potential lies within the therapeutic relationship itself. The role of the therapist is to guide the process, but change is always a shared endeavor.
Nela Grahek
The systemic approach explores the family and social frameworks in which we grow up. By considering the context in which an individual lives, I strive to identify recurring themes, narratives, and power dynamics that may contribute to both internal and external conflicts. Additionally, I incorporate elements of Gestalt and art psychotherapy, focusing on emotions and reactions that clients bring into the therapeutic space, while staying attuned to the “here and now.”
Through exploring family dynamics, empathy, and creativity, therapy becomes a process of learning how to establish authentic connections—both with ourselves and with others.
